Hi, I'm Anh.
I’m the co-founder of Inner Alchemy Co, as well as the founder of Anh Chau Wellness Coaching, a space devoted to transformation, healing, and human potential.
My work was born from my own journey through grief, loss, nervous system healing, and profound life transitions.
In 2019, after the sudden passing of my father, everything I thought I knew about myself began to unravel. What started as heavy grief quickly became a deep spiritual awakening.
It led me into a relentless study of somatic healing, sound, meditation, nervous system science, and ancient wisdom traditions.
Through my own unraveling, I was met with the core question that would reshape my life’s work: How do we come home to ourselves after life fundamentally changes us?
Over the years, I discovered that true healing isn't about striving to become someone entirely new.
It's about remembering who we were before fear, conditioning, and survival strategies convinced us to hide.
Today, I guide individuals through these profound periods of transition. I help them reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies, decipher the primal language of their nervous system, and cultivate the internal resources needed to navigate life with clarity and self-trust.
My practice beautifully bridges science and sacredness, integrating somatic healing, nervous system education, sound healing, Access Consciousness tools, and embodied self-inquiry.

Hi, I'm Gaby.
I’m the co-founder of Inner Alchemy Co, as well as the founder of Organic Alchemy and Organic Alchemy Skin Lab.
My path was shaped by love, family, and a lifelong reverence for the human body.
From the time I was a little girl, watching my doctor mother and my grandfather in his laboratory, I was enamored by the craft of healing and formulation. I grew up witnessing the pure intention of medicine and care.
But as I transitioned into adulthood, I began to see a different reality—the quiet horrors of what harsh chemicals, toxic exposure, and a lack of proper nurturing do to our bodies over time.
That realization brought me back to my roots.
I became enamored with the craft of creating clean, lab-backed formulas derived from nature—products designed to cultivate true beauty and longevity without the toxic burden. That passion became my first brand, Organic Alchemy.
Yet, I knew true healing required a human touch.
I chose to become a licensed esthetician and open Organic Alchemy Skin Lab to take that vision a step further—using advanced Korean clinical technology and hands-on facials to help people truly feel good about themselves from the inside out.
My signature philosophy is simple: High-tech skin, high-touch soul.
